Returns & Refund Policy

What situations allow me to apply for a refund/return?

We’re things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your dispatch email.

Here’s the fine print. All original tags must be attached and also the invoice. The product is not in damaged condition, dirty, and dyed / exposed to air.


Will I bear the shipping fee for returned/exchanged products?

Free return only applied for Indonesia area. Please note that returns from outside Indonesia will be made at your own cost.


International returns (outside Indonesia)

When returning a parcel from outside of the Indonesia please follow the process below:

  • Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  • Choose one of the addresses below to return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Remember to add your order number under the returns address – you’ll find this in the Order History section on the My Account page.
  • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.


How long does it take to get a refund?

The payback period varies for each product as stated below:

  • Category Number of days for return after shipment
  • It should be noted that in order for the product to be refunded or received a refund, the product must not be used, in its original condition, with the original label still intact, and in the original packaging.


Can the product be returned after the time period specified in the policy?

Unfortunately, the product is not refundable after the time period specified in the policy.


Do you do quality checks before received a refund?

Yes, the following conditions will be checked on all products:

Correct product: The product must have original label / MEI / name / image / brand / serial number / item number / bar code.

Unused product: The product must not be used, washed or cleaned. Packaging is not damaged: The original packaging of the product is not damaged.


How will I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed according to the original payment method when the order is made. Please note that the refund mechanism may change from time to time without notice.


How long will it take to process my refund?

Once the products are accepted by us and have met our quality inspection requirements, we will refund your funds within 7-14 business days. The ending date when the refund will go into your account will depend on your bank policy and the mode of payment used.

Please note that the above policy does not apply to products shipped abroad. The refunds policy for products shipped abroad will be considred on a case-by-case basis. Contact customer service for more information detailed.
